City of Refuge Christian Fellowship is a prime and sub-supporter of various children educational efforts Internationally. We are so proud to have sponsored our first International University graduate Mr. Ronny Wabula of Kampala, Uganda. In 2020 The Lord presented us with a very unique opportunity to support a young man that he called to "be the first in a new generation" of children to go beyond the limits of his family, social status and nation. "Ronny will be the first to walk through a door and path that many are to follow". As God spoke this prophetically for this young man's life we had no way of knowing how God would bring this to pass. We only knew that where God guides, he will provide. With the Lord's blessing and others seeing this vision we were able to support Ronny's education at Makerere University, Kampala, Uganda. Ronny graduated on February 15, 2023 with a Bachelors of Science in Information Systems & Technology with a Grade Point Average of 3.94. He is the first in his family's history and will open the way for so many others to follow as the Lord has spoken.
